Durian Paste
| Fresh durian paste is made from taking out the flesh from the husk and de-seed. After that the paste is put on a lighted table so that the worker can take out any impurities that may have fallen to the paste. The paste is packed in 2 kg bags and put to deep freeze using IQF.
