Our frozen durian paste is produced from freshly harvested durians, where the flesh is carefully extracted from the husk and de-seeded. The pulp is then inspected to remove any impurities and ensure consistent quality.

Once prepared, the paste is packed into 2 kg bags and rapidly frozen to preserve its natural flavor, aroma, and texture.

Brix (Sugar Content) Specifications

The natural sweetness of durian varies by variety, measured in Brix levels:

• Musang King: 38–42° Brix
• D24: 33–36° Brix
• Other Clones (e.g. Tekka, 101): 31–34° Brix
• Village Durian: 30–32° Brix

These ranges reflect the typical sugar content of each variety, contributing to their unique flavor profiles—from rich and bittersweet to lighter and more delicate.
